  • Develop a marketing strategy, which may include strategic networking, flyers, blogging, MLS, Craigslist, mobile website, and power emails to selected real estate agents.  The marketing may also include online advertising with Google Adwords, Wall Street Journal Online, MSN, The New York Times Online, Backpage.com, Zillow.com, Yahoo.com, Bobvila.com, LivingChoices.com, Realestate.com, UniqueHomes.com, Oodle.com, HomeGain.com, Trulia.com, Cyberhomes.com, HotPads.com, Homescape.com, DotHomes.com, Local.com, Lycos.com, Properazzi.com, Vast.com, and others.  Our powerful marketing strategies will get your home maximum exposure to buyers, generally showing up on the first page of Google searches within the first week or two.
  • We may invite the top 3-8 producing buyer's agents in your price range to our open house during the week for a Broker's Open House.
  • Screen all written offers and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each offer with you.
  • Make counteroffers and negotiate with buyers or buyer's agents.
  • Prepare documents for closing and represent you at closing and mediate any last-minute obstacles to ensure a successful transaction.
  • Provide referrals to proven service providers, including title companies, inspectors, appraisers, pest control, moving companies and more.
